Die Installation ist ganz einfach. Darp Exit wird mit doppelseitigem Klebeband hergestellt und verkauft und ist einbaufertig.
Das Klebeband ist UV-beständig und kann problemlos auf Notausstiegsfenstern angebracht werden. Das doppelseitige, starke Klebeband ist langlebig auf der zu verklebenden Oberfläche.
Wie benutzt man:
- Entfernen Sie die transparente Schutzabdeckung
- Ziehen Sie den "Darp Exit" nach hinten

The courier is automatically selected based on destination, parcel weight, and service efficiency.
We are unable to accommodate specific courier requests.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address.
5. DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATES
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

6. VAT, DUTIES & TAXES
VAT and import duties may apply depending on the destination country.
- For some destinations, duties and taxes may be included in the shipping cost at checkout
- For other destinations, charges may be payable upon arrival

If charges are not collected at checkout, the customer is responsible for paying them directly to the courier or customs authority.
We do not have control over these charges and cannot guarantee their amount.
7. TRACKING INFORMATION

8. DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including:
- Full address
- Valid mobile number
- Email address
Couriers may:
- Attempt delivery to the provided address
- Redirect parcels to a pickup/collection point if delivery is unsuccessful
Customers must collect parcels within the specified timeframe set by the courier.
Failure to do so may result in the parcel being returned to us.
9. FAILED DELIVERY & INCORRECT ADDRESS
If delivery fails due to incorrect, incomplete, or missing address details:
- The parcel will typically be returned to us
- A refund will be issued for the item value only
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
10. LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
If your parcel has not moved in transit for 7 working days, please contact us.
We will initiate an investigation with the courier. In such cases:
- A claim process may be required
- Customers may need to complete a claim form
Where appropriate, we may offer:
- A replacement order, or
- A full refund
11. CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

- Orders are typically collected by couriers at 3:00 PM (GMT)
If your order has already been collected by the courier:
- Cancellation is no longer possible
- You may refuse delivery or fail to collect the parcel
Refunds (excluding shipping costs) will be processed once the parcel is returned to us.
Please note that the return process may take up to 30 days.
