8. DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

  • Redirect parcels to a pickup/collection point if delivery is unsuccessful

9. FAILED DELIVERY & INCORRECT ADDRESS

If delivery fails due to incorrect, incomplete, or missing address details:

  • The parcel will typically be returned to us
  • A refund will be issued for the item value only
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.


10. LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

If your parcel has not moved in transit for 7 working days, please contact us.

We will initiate an investigation with the courier. In such cases:

  • A claim process may be required
  • Customers may need to complete a claim form

Where appropriate, we may offer:

  • A replacement order, or
  • A full refund

11. CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

If your order has already been collected by the courier:

  • Cancellation is no longer possible
  • You may refuse delivery or fail to collect the parcel

Refunds (excluding shipping costs) will be processed once the parcel is returned to us.

Please note that the return process may take up to 30 days.
